During the meeting, the Minister instructed officials to prepare proposals for the construction of 15 permanent buildings for Central Medicine Stores centres and asked the corporation to formulate guidelines to ensure transparency in the procurement of medicines, surgical items, reagents and equipment through tenders. To strengthen oversight, he directed the formation of three additional committees, taking the total number of committees involved in the tender process to five.
