Hombale Films has officially announced a new feature starring Suriya, reuniting the actor with Jai Bhim director TJ Gnanavel for a new project backed by producer Vijay Kiragandur.

The untitled film marks Suriya’s first collaboration with the production house behind blockbuster franchises such as K.G.F., Kantara, and Salaar. Actress Kayadu Lohar has been cast as the female lead, while the makers describe the project as a gritty drama that blends emotionally driven storytelling with commercial appeal.

The collaboration also reunites Suriya and Gnanavel after the critically acclaimed Jai Bhim, which earned widespread praise for its powerful social commentary and became one of the most celebrated Indian films of recent years. Gnanavel most recently directed Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth.
