A few technical issues were reported after the CBSE re-evaluation and verification portal went online on the morning of June 2. However, according to CBSE sources, these issues were addressed promptly, and the system is currently functioning normally.
CBSE sources said the re-evaluation and verification portal, which went live on June 2, is operating smoothly as of now. According to officials, no errors have been reported since 7 AM, and more than 1,100 transactions have already been completed through the portal.
The CBSE re-evaluation process has hit another hurdle, with several students reporting that the portal stopped working again. Many candidates said they faced login issues, payment errors, and slow loading while trying to submit their applications
To ensure smooth functioning of the system, the process is reportedly being supervised by the Directors of IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras. CBSE has also partnered with four banks to handle payments for applications submitted through the portal.
As per figures shared by CBSE sources, the highest number of transactions has been recorded through the State Bank of India (SBI), with 821 payments completed so far. Indian Bank recorded 250 transactions, followed by Canara Bank with 125 and Bank of Baroda (BoB) with 10.
Despite the assurance from CBSE that the portal is working properly, several students claimed they faced problems while trying to apply for re-evaluation and verification of marks. Many candidates reported login issues, payment failures and slow loading during the application process.
Some students also alleged that the portal stopped responding at different stages, making it difficult to complete submissions. The reported issues led to frustration among candidates and parents, especially those worried about completing the process before the deadline.
