The Supreme Court on Friday referred to a larger bench the issue of how constitutional courts should handle bail under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) while hearing matters related to the Delhi riots case and the denial of bail to Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam.
