SVVU Vice Chancellor J.V. Ramana releases the book ‘Unna Sthayinundi Unnatha Sthayi Varaku’ authored by HR expert Dorai Rauj in Tirupati on Sunday.

Human Resources expert, author, and motivational speaker Dorai Rauj released his book “Unna Sthithi Nunchi Unnata Sthithiki” on Sunday (May 17, 2026). The book was launched by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) Vice Chancellor Prof. J.V. Ramana at a function organised by the Viswamithra Society at Vemana Vignana Kendram in Tirupati.
Appealing to the youth to work tirelessly to achieve their goals, Mr. Dauj explained that the book was meant to be a “workbook” for youngsters. “If the readers sincerely practice the concepts presented in the book for 100 days, they can successfully achieve their goals and transform their lives positively,” he added.
Noted story writer R.C. Krishnaswamy Raju presided over the session, while Rajasekar, an academician at SVU’s Oriental Research Institute (ORI) reviewed the book.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Ramana called the book as ‘highly relevant and much needed’ in today’s society, especially for the youth. He noted that the book provided practical guidance and inspiration for the young people to identify their goals and work systematically towards achieving them.
He also appreciated the author’s practical understanding of goal setting and emphasised the need for every student to adopt and practice such concepts to succeed in life.
“Udyoga Sopanam” Editor S.V. Suresh, SPMVV Telugu academic Y. Subhashini and NLP trainer S. Bhaskar Raju also took part in the event.
