‘Rythu Mela’ to be held as a precursor to CM’s ‘Rythu Ashirwada Sabha’ in Khammam district

The three-day Rythu Mela, to be held at Jagannadhapuram in Chintakani mandal of Khammam district from June 28 to 30, will showcase the potential of emerging technologies and modern agricultural tools to enhance agricultural productivity and increase farmers’ income.

The district administration has drawn plans to organise the mega Rythu Mela as a precursor to the public meeting, titled ‘Rythu Ashirwada Sabha’, to be addressed by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in Chintakani mandal on June 30.

The three-day fair will feature demonstration of cutting-edge technologies, modern farm equipment and innovative agricultural practices aimed at improving soil health, conserving water and enhancing crop yields, according to official sources.

More than 150 stalls will be set up at the mela.

Khammam Collector Divakara T.S. on Friday reviewed the arrangements for the upcoming Rythu Mela and the Chief Minister’s public meeting at Jagannadhapuram.
